Is Indian Nationalism an Expansionary Power?
Indian nationalism was only interested in emphasizing its non-inferiority and pressing the case for sovereignty. As a movement as an ideology I don't think it condoned hatred towards anyone. If you want to keep a nation of 1.4 billion people speaking 800 over languages living in such huge diverse geographies and distances then Indian nationalism gives you the best metaphor.
The task of nation-building did not end with our founders, and does not stop at our politicians. It's up to us to build the India we want to see.
