I think there are many people in health space who remain staunchly adherent to dogma and don't like that idea. One of the things that i have changed my mind about, or evolved my opinion about, is fructos. I've begun to believe that there is a distinction between over all fita chemicals and plant defense chemicals. And we must be aware these molecules have side effects. Some are good, some are bad. What is the net benefit, or net negative of these molecules in humans? This is the ideal human diet.
