The Consequences of Regulatory Reform for PBMs

There's an escalating effort in Washington to pass legislation that would more strictly regulate how PBMs do business. There are laws on the books for employers to do something about it, but at least in Congress there's nothing really out there right nowto enhance ERISA or outlaw these types of fees.
