I sat down with Tim to break down how he took a simple idea he saw online and turned it into a real-world business making thousands at fairs and events. We talked about how he started with a mobile RC construction trailer, charging by the minute, why lowering prices actually doubled demand, and how he broke even on roughly $10–11K in startup costs. Tim shared real numbers from events, including his best week doing around $2,600, and explained how county fairs, private parties, and corporate events became his main revenue drivers.
