i've never been convinced by a digital vh s effect. When tim and eric shot their show a doctor steve brull, and the whole thing looks like a crazy v h s. A weird thing. Apparently, this is what i heard, they just ran everything back through a v h s tape, and then would smash the top of it as it's playing to get that genuine effect. I know it's a little bit different visually, but i don't know why. There really is a, there really is that difference. Betweeeen, you know, it's like the impossible wopper of aof a film. You're still watching like a digital projection

Few in YouTube’s burgeoning film review scene have the biting, quick wit of YourMovieSucks -- and if your cinematic masterpiece has flaws, Adum’s going to lay them bare. The good news, at least for us, is that he’s going to be outrageously funny doing it.

After exposing Adum’s undying love for Nikocado Avocado, he jumps straight into detailing a crazy exploit on YouTube that’s causing him a fair bit of stress. And it makes sense, too, since other people are co-opting a subscriber base specifically interested in his art. It’s just one on a long list of problems YouTube needs to deal with, but instead, they got rid of the dislike button.

Kevin actually prefers watching YMS reviews of some movies to watching those movies themselves, because hey -- making fun of Hollywood is a bonus. And there’s a lot to question, like digital vs. film, and plenty of tweets from directors like Ridley Scott who just don’t seem to get it.

They do get some things right, though, like tapping the audience’s seemingly-endless interest in superhero movies. We wonder if it’s too saturated; Adum’s probably right when he says that people just like seeing the characters they love on screen.

Adum is bullish on Korean films (and he’s almost certainly right about that), and he’s also a horse. We don’t know how many hands high he is, but it’s probably around 16. We’ve asked a lot of furry questions, but we’ve never gotten any real furry answers -- until now.
