I think there are some things that Deming would be encouraging to him. Like, I just did every January, I do a call state of little presentation, state of IT service management. And I talk about agile and lean and DevOps and how they all work together. But one of the things I talked about is the fact that every year for the last few years, we've seen sustainability go up on the list of priorities for CIOs.
