The Impact of Exercises on Mitochondria

A lot of this what regulates the what proteins we make and the rate at which we may come is probably dictated a lot by the energetics of the cell. So, mitochondria is a is a primary interest for us. We think if you can maintain my mitochondria and the mitochondrial proteome that's going to give you, you know, this playing field that allows you to adapt much better overall in your muscle. And the greatest impact on mitochondria density or efficiency, short and tense for your to type or long slows one zone to so it's not worry about someone to do but just hit training versus lower intensity.
