Alzheimer's starts in this small region called the enterinal cortex and then it spreads through the brain. With every brain region that it hits it basically has a different impact on the cognitive aspects, orientation, shorter memory, long-term memory, etc. So what we're doing now is creating this computational model for ordering the cells and the regions and the individuals according to their ability to predict Alzheimer's disease.
