In the early days of doing ios development, we didn't have automatic reference counting or we had to manually manage all the memory allocations and dalocations within our aps. We've been having these debates around what technology to use to implement something for as long as i can remember. And you know, in the end, i think that's all a great thing, because it means that the platforms are progressing. Sure, these type of situations and these technology transitions, they do come with downsihts as well. They can make things more complicated whenit comes to making those kinds of decisions.
