Early on in your career, it's actually good to say yes to everybody. But overtime, people do begin to seek you out more, and so you've got to narrow it. You need a pretty compelling reason for why you want to meet with someone. And if you're not sure if you can say no, find a way that you can downgrade it but still say yes.
