Sleep is imperative to living a successful life. Get 15 minutes of morning sunshine, ideally on your naked body every single day. If you can't do it outside, or if it's not sunny, I highly suggest you get some type of either full spectrum light,. Or I use the Jew every day daily. Create a grand vision, something that rips you out of bed and I've said this already. But I want everyone to explore it.
