I think it's not just about how much is the service, it's about understanding what they want and what you can offer. So yeah, I always try to get a Zoom call and see them, get to know them. Some people are very shy and I don't mind keeping your email or doing just voice,. which is fine, but most people don't mind. And also online on those communities I mentioned, I think it's important to create a network and have some support because it can get lonely to work at home as much as I enjoy.
