The Differences Between Pro and Pro Boxing
This year the winners got a check of 81 lakhs or something and it's going to be 1.6 year. So that's like much better than what other individual sports like badminton players in India get if they win an equivalent tournament. Amisor boxing never had any money. It's only off-lit that they have started paying the athletes, be it the Asian championships or the one championships. That's a good encouragement for the athletes. You don't get any prize money for other events. Most of the events you don't getting any prize money.
