You know, energy in my opinion is a parallel to consciousness. And so like it's still happening through you. To rise your vibration, you may have unconscious ways of reaching that with experiences. That whole pathway of knowing myself and being able to investigate and incorporate our consciousness into wholeness allows us to navigate our own unique path.
