What's the Biggest Change in the Equity Market?

Over the years, you must have seen the markets change like. Equities in london, really. What would be kind of the biggest change that you would highlight during that period? The efficiency of markets is the first thing. I think the second thing is the commoditization of really everything on wall street. Good people and good ideas are the only two things that i don't think can be commoditized.
