The Process of Doing Winning Is Not Success

Trying to get the right kids one. And especially in today's generation because of the quick fix mentality that we've created for kids, trying to get them to understand process and competing has to be enough. Limiting dribbles is one of my all-time favorites. It's very simple, just living in ball screen offense down to three dribbles. You'll see who can actually make reads and get downhill. The best thing you can do for a player at that point is to constrain it. Because now it's like, I can do this. And I can stick with this one thing all of the time. Just always do that.
