What's a Reasonable Price?
We're likely to see 50 basis points of tightening at the Fed meeting in just a couple of hours. The key and what we're unlikely to really get a whole lot of confidence on from Chair Powell is what happens in terms of rate cuts in 2023. If that does not pan out, then you're going to see probably a little bit more pain into some of those more expensive parts of the market. But as it relates to technology, it's been really interesting as rates moved higher very quickly this year. We saw tech take it on the chin but we've seen the dollar weaken quite a bit.
