MSOs - Are You Bullish on Asend?

I don't like really anything about it. Even though the charges were dropped, I have a sister. And even if that wasn't true necessarily, I don't like the insinuation of what potentially happened there. They're one of the only names I can think of that's not in MSOS. It would be good if they could nail down a full time president and kind of bolster the leadership team a bit. But during this week period that could also make them a more likely acquisition target.
