In 2013, a group of Harvard researchers conducted a study with over 19,000 people.

They asked two simple questions:

1. How much have your values, preferences, personality, and priorities changed in the last 10 years?
2. How much do you expect your values, preferences, personality, and priorities to change in the next 10 years?
