New school Jiu Jitsu keeps people paying attention to how the game evolves, but it can also be distracting. The difficulty here is if you're someone who hasn't even got a craft on the basics and your coach is like, all right, today we're doing Prambolo. You're like, what the fuck? What's the Delahiva?
