Early childhood neglect or trama, can predispose us to a certain nerobiology that makes our brain come outof the game with some maybe less than ideal nero transmitter situations. Dopemine also helps with things like motor function and just fixing life problems. So this is how so called gateway drugs can set someone up for a tougher road ahead resisting more dangerous substances.
