If there is more land to offset any kind of pressures and conflicts, I think you have an entirely different space. And maybe it's still difficult to cross the Pyrenees, but it's certainly not impossible. You could even imagine a flanking procedure from the south where you go up through the Straits of Gibraltar into the Eastern Prussian fields. It would have tamped down competition in Europe, which just really, in my mind, provides a space for the Ottomans to just come in in the 14, 1500s and just take shit over.
