Zokchan has all of these practices then build upon many of the practices we've already studied such as in particular mindfulness meditation. Even now there's been you know more than a decade or two of research on compassion based practices like Tom Linn but all of those practices are fairly appropriate for introductory level folks to practice for novices to practice. There are actually a number of practices also for novice that have hardly ever been studied like Saloon that I was just practicing before I got here and so you do different breathing practices that are meant to activate different energy centers in your body.
