I Don't Want to Do It, but I'm the Person in Charge
If you're the person in charge, and if something goes wrong, it's all your fault. You don't get to blame anybody else. People end up, they can't sort of think it through for themselves. When the puppeteer disappears, they're like, i don't know what to do now. I'm not certain that's true for everybody else,. although i've seen plenty of cases where it's problematic. The case where it's sort of t yow ceos who don't sort of feel they have the self confidence just say, i'm just going to decide what to do. But on a time scale of a year or two, maybe it'll work out
