The History of Creatine

The first paper that I've been able to obtain on the discovery of creatine, that publication was 1832. The great chemist, Justice von Leibig, he marketed an extract of meat supplement back in 1847 which was really a high creatine supplement. And then the first human supplementation study that I'm aware of was the early 1920s and there were no muscle biopsies then but they could measure creatine output in the urine.
