I think our jobs may be a little bit hard to describe to people in that you do have a number of different roles. I'm really fascinated by what you do and I know I just read your bio but would you just kind of break down some of the main components of the role that you play? Absolutely. So part of my role at Bethel University is that I'm the program director for the graduate program in special education, which is where we prepare teachers to become special educators. And then as a professor so I also teach within the special education program,. The most recent role within the last four years is that she's the assistant dean for our Center for Access and Integration.
