How to Verify if Someone's Legit Online

I've never really been swindled by someone on Twitter where I thought they were legit. And then I found out later they were cappers. The thing that's cool about Twitter is you can, it's not like Instagram. For me, Instagram, if you look at my Instagram, it's just lifestyle. It's networking status dating. If you're a smart person, you read someone's thoughts. You can tell what, like, you can just tell. Or maybe I just have good intuition where I can justTell.
