The Importance of Nutrition in Climbing

I think for me is the big thing I'll focus on is just not letting myself go too much over the summer so that it's not too much of a battle to get into fighting weight in fighting shape you know come fall-send season. It's easy to get distracted by the siren song of beer and donuts and these kinds of things but other than that I think I take good care of myself yeah. The typical route at the red is passed overhanging the typical route  at the Red River Gorge, where climbers are out from the wall 10 or 20 or 50 feet. On those types of routes body weight is a very real factor when climbing slabs.
