Central Apnea - Is ASV a Good Treatment?

Survey Jeff: We don't use ASV to treat primary central sleep apnea and people with heart failure. But what about then treatment emergent central apneas? Should we be getting echoes in our patient? My approach is that if they have ejection fraction, 45% or below, I don't distinguish tech stuff from central apnea. That's really interesting. If it's persistent, that means you've had it. It's no longer treatment emergent if it's continued.
