Barry: I loved his idea about setting expectations, it was very much like you don't want to say that you can do something if you are a vendor in this space and then six months later or a year later you have to go back to the drawing board. Of course, he's based in Seattle I think so he's very customer focused because I think everybody in Seattle has been indoctrinated into the Amazon way of doing things.
