You have to measure up what stage the company might be in its lifecycle. Is it a new idea that is invalidated or funded? Is it maybe a series b stage company that's at an inflection point and is efacing a doer dye with finite runway? Or is it a hundred, fifty year old institute like a bank, built on legacy technology and legacy business models)? So many variables and circumstances to get our heads around before we can know which offence to run.
