Pandemic - How to Predict the Next One?
A microbe turns into a pandemic causing pathage. Since we know how it happens, we can predict where it's most likely to happen. In hot spots around the world, and in those places, we can actively surveil for microbes. And then you can just kind of tinker with the local situation so that it doesn't have those opportunities any more.
