What Is Stress?
Stress can take a lot of different shapes depending on what's been going on. Our bodies are designed to get stressed and to react to it. If anything, stressing out our bodies a little bit could actually be good for it. Stress is subjective; only the person who is experiencing the stress themselves can determine if they're stressed or not.
