Do You Want to Scale a Multifamily?

We want to stay focused on multifamily. Minimum of 10 units is sort of like what you're looking at. We have not looked at budgetary things quite yet, but we're at least know what we want. Do you have anything planned for actions that you were thinking about taking yourself? I think I'm going to make a trip to Sacramento this weekend and reconnect with my broker, my agent. He's been in the area for 30 years, but he's really largely a single family. So would you suggest that I continue to educate and work, keep building on that foundation that I built there? Or should I look at it fresh and look at someone who has that larger scale experience out
