How to Choose a Dividend Stock
Last week, we talked about stocks that pay dividends. And those are stocks you usually want to hang on to for a bit. Just like the real estate we have, right? We've had real estate for many, many years. Are we flippers or cash flowers? We're cash flippers. So we rent houses. What's the difference? Well, use and so a flipper is when you buy a house and we have it to make more money off of it to sell and make more moneyoff of it. Cash flow is when you bought a house and maybe do a little work on it and get some cash flow and get rent. That's right.
