I think it's a more healthy and honestly more interesting place now during the height of the pandemic where you basically weren't allowed to go outside. And I think the lifestyle aspect, the flexibility, being able to control your workspace, reclaiming that commute time is obviously part of it. So yeah, the grand laboratory of the free market will give us a lot of information. Maybe we can start with the kind of personal motivations of those call of knowledge workers or creative workers.
