The Cycle of Dehumanization

The cycle of dehumanization comes up in a lot of psychology studies and it usually has to do with race. When these groups that are being perceived as less human, they will then dehumanize the group that's dehumanizing them. And there is also this kind of idea that if you humanize them, it's a meta-humanization that it can reverse these effects.
