Is Briwning the Chicken Worth It?

Jerry would like to know whether briwning the chicken is worth it. So i cut the chicken atinter and buttermilk it and cot it with bread crumbs. It really helps to break it down a little bit and make it really moist. With a roast chicken, i think you could get quite shaffy and brin. I'd probably just go for the salting technique. If it's an organic chicken,. if theyre' really good quality chicken, it holds its own retty well. There's not that much reason to impart loads more different flavours in it. And when you're doing something like a turkey, i cant understand it a litle bit
