As an adult I got to learn that and I got to forgive my father for not knowing any better. As we get older our love languages are constantly changing as we are constantly evolving hopefully which is where you should be doing. So many people just kind of get to the point where they're like this is how it's always going to be. But you fully changed, you healed your generational trauma. You genuinely did that. It's so deserving. And what do you think, I really want to pick up on what you talked about love languages as well.
