"Very often your best ideas are really off center. They're not about the thing you thought you should be brainstorming about," he says. "So one of the lessons here is since you can't rely on 330 and you're not quite sure what you are going to be thinking about at the particular time that's most productive, what you should do is just hang out with the people in your office." He adds: "I used to teach time management to the business school students to the MBAs".
