How to Build a Backlog of Hypotheses

I teach all my clients to really figure out which metrics they want to focus on and have teams organize around those metrics. That works really well because it provides a lot of focus on the team. So you're not going, oh, I've got all these ideas in the backlog. Let's just build them. You go through your backlog and you say, what is our goal for the next quarter? All right. These things are, I don't actually like backlogs either, but you look at your things that you want to do and you're like, yeah, this goes to retention, right? So we're going to look at these things. None of this has anything to do
