The World's Largest Balloon Launch

Rain and wind pushes a million plus balloons back down toward the ground before they've had a chance to pop at higher altitudes. So this barrage of balloons is now pouring down onto roadways, into rivers, onto Lake Erie, like confetti. It creates a surreal, multicolored latex version of a white out snowstorm.
