I think it's overly Pollyanna-ish about how I think he literally says, he's going to save the world. He does do a good job of pushing back on some of the hyperventilating. No new jobs will be created for them to be filled into because it's a static pie kind of thing. But we don't live on a spreadsheet alone. They're real political dynamics that have to be factored in and adjust society.
