ConvertKit's Culture

It's not just the culture of your team but the wider company and how that happens. I would find it incredibly hard as a manager to go about creating the kind of culture that we have on the REN Studio team if it weren't for the fact that at ConvertKit it's kind of like the culture we have at large. It was more challenging for people who had joined recently or like during the pandemic or new teams that got spun together in that time so yeah kind of depended who you were and where you were in the companyyeah exactly.
