The Women's Team Is Now a Part of the Club

The women's team have gone from a being thrown out of the c in the chilino era, to really being a central part of it to day. The committee that ran the women's team were very sensible, and they didn't want to give the registration over to the club till they felt that the club was going to value it and treasure it properly. It's quite, you know, is quite a gradual process, but i think we've made big steps in professionalizing it. So the ladies now, they get to play lean road. We play for their general manager and their coach. We pay for their kit. They get all the support of the backroom staffs if
