How Do We Support Local Media Within an Artistic Sphère?

I feel like there have been these two things that have happened since we all started our platforms, circa 2018. Big media has reformulated its channels in way that reflect our analysis. We're also seeing members in our own community as going on to start their own channels and their own groups. But how do we support local media within an artistic sphere? How do we defend spaces within these new spheres that won't get banned or shadow banned? I still think new models must be shadow banned. Everybody's oversubscribed. The screens are toxic. Content is cheap. There's this continuous pressure to continuously adapt. These are these things that an institution in a former time would be able to take care
