The Importance of Strength Training

I was confused about for years and years in my own training can you talk about the value of doing things like this really consistently over time with low weights. Add an intensity that doesn't necessarily feel like training if that makes sense. A lot of a lot of what this is doing is just blood flow and making sure that the muscles are not staying contracted in two smaller ranges throughout the time. I'd say safety comes through strength and I am a believer in that  the higher the strength capacity the less likely or to breach that so training that is a good thing.
