Is Ultrasound a Good Way to Do Incision and Drainage?
Pocus can be used to help determine if a procedure is needed. Using ultra sound, you can identify the size of the dept and where it should be done. Ultrason will show me those lateral margins so i can make sure that i'm placing the loop in the best possible location. And finally, once i've done the incision and drainage, i want to know, was it adequate? Are there retained pockets of lence that need to break up?
