Customer education is like an accelerant for your customer success team, especially in this day and age. In software you want to have roughly 80% gross margins, but every extra CS head you bring on will decrease those margins. Salesforce with trailhead trailhead basically built a whole community of trailblazers through customer education. And if you could execute this correctly, you'll have a win-win. You can keep your margins high, but also create great customer service for your clients that will add to your bottom line by saving clients and helping them upgrade over time as well.
