The Benefits of Fasting for Women

The data on women in fasting is essentially non-existent. I see their bodies physiologically function a little bit more like a biological male, it's not obviously that they are but just that there's less implication on those sex hormones and that more we see the benefits metabolically from fasting. These are typically really high achieving women that have stressors going on in other areas of their lives. And then you add fasting to the mix and it usually just kind of sets a cascade off. Personally, I've also done fasting. I used to be a big fan of it because the data on men and fasting is robust and it's super, super strong and super positive.
